Sime Darby Fleet Services Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Fleet Account Manager in Australia to build strong customer relationships and deliver practical fleet solutions for key accounts. You will support vehicle requirements, respond to information requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will leverage your account management experience in fleet or related industries, with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven account management experience, ideally within fleet, automotive, equipment or related industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand customer business needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence managing competing priorities.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Business Central experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business units and stakeholders.
• Understand customer fleet requirements and provide practical vehicle and fleet solutions.
• Prepare and respond to quotations and information requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to support smooth transactions and timely delivery.
• Monitor account requirements, fleet prospects, contract negotiations and service delivery issues.
• Prepare customer reporting, presentations and financial performance insights.
• Support fleet administration activities, including licensing, compliance, recalls, disposal and supplier coordination.
