Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking a finance professional to develop financial models and forecasts for the Long Term Financial Plan, major projects and funding strategies, testing assumptions with project managers and stakeholders. This is a secure, permanent full-time role with one of Australia’s largest councils, offering flextime, 12% superannuation and ongoing training and development support.

You will model cash flow, NPV and scenarios, monitor expenditures and reserves, and prepare reports

Qualifications

• Experience building financial models and forecasts for long-term financial plans.
• Ability to model cash flow, NPV and multiple financial scenarios.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and Council.
