You will prepare business plans, performance reports and analytics, visualising data to support decision-making and continuous improvement within a large council.

• Develop service plans, identify priorities, define service commitments and determine required resources.
• Prepare business plans and performance reports, analyse and visualise data, maintain planning/reporting systems.
• Translate complex information into practical insights to support service delivery and long-term organisational improvement.
