Job summary

Barwon Health, the largest regional healthcare service in Victoria, seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning, forecasting and reporting. You will partner with executives and managers to optimise performance, model business cases and ensure robust financial governance across the organisation.

The role requires strategic insight, strong communication with senior stakeholders and a track record of improving financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Accounting/Commerce.
• Membership of ICAA/CPA or international equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience leading finance and accounting in large organisations.
• Proven budgeting, planning and forecasting with strong reporting.
• Analytical mindset with clear stakeholder communication.
• Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial insight to optimise performance and enable decisions.
• Lead planning, modelling, forecasting and analysis for business cases and strategy.
• Oversee month-end reporting and ensure robust internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
