South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a skilled Finance Lead to drive budgets, forecasts, month-end processes, and financial reporting. You will provide expert analysis and workforce modelling to support informed decisions within a major NSW health district.

Working closely with stakeholders across capital works and engineering, you will shape financial strategy, governance, and resource optimisation while supporting continuous improvement and capability development.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with workforce (FTE) analysis and strategic financial modelling.
• Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and provide strategic financial advice.
