Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in accounting/commerce required.
• Member of ICAA and/or CPA or international equivalent.
• Experience leading finance and accounting services in complex organisations.
• Proven budgeting, planning, forecasting and quality reporting ability.
• Strong data analysis, recommendations and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders while managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial insight to optimise performance for execs and management.
• Lead planning, modelling, forecasting and analysis for business cases and resources.
• Oversee month-end reporting, external compliance and robust internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and stakeholder engagement.
