Job summary

Stockland is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performing finance team supporting the Workplace & Logistics portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders, drive planning, budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insightful reporting to influence strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with offshore teams, including an India-based shared service group, to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables and continuous process improvements across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience partnering with offshore or shared service teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience in property, real estate or asset-intensive industries preferred.
• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification; SAP and Anaplan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting activities across the Workplace & Logistics portfolio with timely, accurate delivery.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with Head of Property Management and offshore team in India for reporting and forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting frameworks and systems.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and deliver commercial insights for long-term portfolio success.
