Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Business Manager for CFO Enterprise in Sydney. You will work with the CFO Enterprise and leadership team, delivering trusted advice and driving key priorities across Enterprise Finance, including partnering across Customer Operations, Data, Digital & AI, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal & Secretariat, People, and Corporate Affairs & Sustainability.

You will lead business planning, coordinate executive-level decision making, oversee budget and performance activities,

Qualifications

• Senior business management experience in a large, complex organisation.
• CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualifications highly regarded in financial services.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen across budgeting and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide executive advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive papers and leadership communications.
