Coles Group is seeking experienced finance professionals for 9-month contract Finance Business Partner opportunities across our Commercial, Operations and FP&A teams. You will work with business leaders to translate financial insights into actionable decisions and drive performance.

You’ll build strong relationships, provide robust analysis, and contribute to strategic planning, forecasting and risk management in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with experience across Commercial, Operational or FP&A finance functions.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models and commercial analysis.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding with data interpretation skills.
• Experience using financial insights and forecasts to improve outcomes.
• Ability to connect financial insights with broader business priorities.
• Strong communication skills to present complex information clearly.
