Bright & Duggan Group in Sydney seeks a Finance Manager to lead and grow a specialised finance capability supporting Building Management Committees, management groups and other complex property structures. You will partner with committees, developers, strata managers and senior stakeholders to deliver practical financial solutions and establish the firm as a leader in specialised scheme finance.

You will report to the Financial Controller and oversee governance, funding structures, allocations

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion) with significant experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within finance, accounting, advisory or property-related environments.
• Experience managing complex financial processes and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
