Bright & Duggan Group in St Leonards, Sydney, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead our specialised finance function for complex property structures. You will drive governance, advisory services and strategic development while partnering with committees, developers and senior stakeholders.

You will manage a high‑performing finance team, oversee reporting and controls, and champion process improvements, automation, and technology adoption to deliver value and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion) with significant relevant experience.
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.

Responsabilités

• Establish robust governance and reporting frameworks for complex schemes.
• Lead and mentor a specialised finance team and drive capability building.
• Oversee financial processes, reporting, journals and year-end adjustments with compliance to AASB/IFRS.
• Partner with committees and stakeholders to deliver financial advisory services and commercial outcomes.
