Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in property finance or accounting.
• Experience preparing and reviewing journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Exposure to finance processes: AP, AR, billing, payments, cost allocations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journals, reconciliations and financial statements for complex property schemes.
• Manage financial administration of BMCs and mixed-use developments.
• Explain financial results and governance requirements to stakeholders.
• Support governance, advisory services and process improvement initiatives.
