CartonCloud—a remote-first software company delivering warehouse and transport management solutions—seeks a Director of Finance. Lead strategic FP&A, group modeling, and investor-ready reporting while owning controllership across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States.

You will steer budgeting, treasury, and data-room readiness, partnering with the CEO and Board to align pricing, unit economics, and capital strategy in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualificações

• FP&A-led finance leader with end-to-end budget & forecast ownership.
• Hands-on controllership including month-end close and statutory reporting.
• Multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction experience with covenants.
• Board-facing presentation skills and direct director interaction.
• CA/CPA or equivalent certification is required.
• Desire to own and improve a small finance function.
• Experience with SaaS metrics, pricing and unit economics.

Responsabilidades

• Own financial planning and analysis for the group and SaaS metrics suite.
• Lead annual budget end-to-end and department budgeting.
• Prepare board and management financial reporting packs.
• Manage cash, treasury, covenants, FX exposure and debt planning.
• Oversee investor-grade reporting and data-room readiness.
• Direct month-end close, statutory reporting, audits and tax.
• Drive the finance technology stack and automation initiatives.
• Handle internal control and risk management activities.
