Job summary

BIOTRONIK Australia & New Zealand seeks an influential Finance Director ANZ to lead financial strategy and governance. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Supply Chain and Operations to drive performance and sustainable growth across ANZ.

You will report to the Managing Director ANZ and collaborate with global finance leadership, shaping business strategy and ensuring robust controls in a private, global medical technology leader.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification and degree in finance or accounting.
• 12+ years in senior finance leadership within multinational environments.
• Experience as Finance Director, Head of Finance or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong FP&A, reporting, governance and business partnering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key advisor to the Managing Director ANZ and Executive Leadership Team.
• Lead the financial strategy for Australia and New Zealand, aligning with global objectives.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning to support growth.
• Partner with leaders to improve profitability and optimise investments.
