Orro Group, a leading Australian managed services provider, seeks a Senior Finance & Commercial Manager for Remote. You will shape pricing, workforce planning and strategic direction, reporting to the General Manager and aligning Remote with Orro's Group finance function.

Lead profitability analysis, budgeting, governance, and cash flow across Government-focused services. This role sits on the leadership team and partners with Orro Group finance.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification required.
• 8+ years in financial control, FP&A or business partnering.
• Experience in professional services or managed services.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.

Responsabilités

• Advise the General Manager and leadership on profitability and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Build and govern pricing models and margins across contracts.
• Support commercial negotiations and supplier arrangements.
• Own workforce economics including utilisation and payroll governance.
• Maintain financial controls, compliance and audit readiness.
• Align Remote's financial practices with Orro's Group finance.
