Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an Environment, Safety & Health Associate Manager to lead ESH across multiple sites, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace and a strong safety culture. You will guide stakeholders, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement of safety systems.

Responsibilities include leading audits, incident investigations and policy development, with Defence clearance eligibility required and ISO Lead Auditor certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ESH within medium to large organisations.
• In-depth knowledge of ESH legislation and compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading ISO audits (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
• Proven ability to develop and lead internal audit programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ESH professionals.
• Coordinate and lead external ISO audits.
• Provide expert ESH advice and guidance to stakeholders across the business.
• Lead risk assessments, audits and site inspections across multiple locations.
• Investigate incidents, hazards and injuries, and implement corrective actions.
