Job summary

Flinders University is seeking an Executive Officer to work with senior leadership, delivering strategic and operational support across a broad portfolio of initiatives that shape student and staff experiences. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage priorities, and provide direction through periods of change while maintaining focus on delivering outcomes that align with Flinders’ strategic plan.

Demonstrated high-level written communication skills including drafting correspondence, responding to inquiries and developing reports.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to meet objectives.
Ability to provide direction and make sound decisions under uncertainty and changing priorities.
Capability to manage change, set clear expectations and support teams through periods of transition.
