Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking an Estimating and Pricing Manager to lead the estimating function within the Multi Class Sustainment (MCS) Program. You will deliver high-quality estimates, pricing submissions and estimating services that inform critical business decisions while partnering with Commercial, Bid and Leadership teams.

You will build capability, processes and tools, manage the department plan and a team of estimators, and work on Defence programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, project controls, planning, scheduling and commercial environments.
• Experience leading and developing teams and coaching others.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior influence.

Responsibilities

• Leading development and continuous improvement of estimating processes, frameworks, templates and guidelines.
• Managing the MCS Estimating Department Plan and its budget.
• Building and maintaining an estimating database from historical data.
• Delivering estimates and pricing aligned with proposal timelines.
• Providing estimating expertise and commercial advice on bids and submissions.
• Leading customer review responses and stakeholder queries.
• Managing estimating resources, priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coaching and developing a team of estimators to reduce single points of failure.
