Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of Queensland is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the organization’s architecture direction. You will develop target-state architectures and strategic roadmaps, while guiding solution architects to ensure secure, scalable technology decisions aligned with RACQ’s transformation priorities.

You will focus on mobility, home and energy, and corporate functions, translating strategy into practical architectural direction, establishing governance practices,

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise architecture and strategic technology planning.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent frameworks.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical architecture direction.
• Broad experience across enterprise-wide business and technology environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture strategies, capability models and target-state roadmaps.
• Establish architecture principles, standards and governance practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide assurance for complex initiatives.
• Define future-state business, information, application, integration and technology architectures.
• Identify opportunities to simplify the technology landscape and support modernisation.
• Mentor others and strengthen architecture capability through guidance and knowledge sharing.
