Reporting to a consultative manager, you will formulate and execute account strategies, gather product specifications, collaborate with Product Managers and Internal Sales Support, present proposals and contracts, and help develop annual and multi-year plans for education, government and health

Qualifications

• Proven account management experience handling commercial or distributor accounts; experience with education and government sectors highly regarded.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute account management strategies to strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Gather product specifications and requirements from customers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Internal Sales Support to develop product and service offerings.
• Present proposals, contractual documents, and technical product information to customers.
• Develop annual and multi-year sales plans for target markets with the National Manager.
• Research and investigate emerging markets (Education, Government and Health sectors).
