Job summary

Viatris Australia is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to provide outstanding service to customers and stakeholders from our Sydney base. You will handle orders, credits and returns, building strong customer relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate responses.

The role requires a degree (pharmacy or business preferred), 1+ year in pharmacy, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business (preferred).
• 1+ year experience working in pharmacy.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hardworking, punctual and patient.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen or visa holder).

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders via phone and email.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure their experience is exceptional.
• Process orders, credits and returns.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to service ad hoc requests and meet business needs.
