Job summary

Viatris Australia is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our Sydney team. You will deliver exceptional customer service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders via phone and e-mail, build strong relationships, and assist with order processing and returns.

The role requires 1+ year in pharmacy, excellent communication, and eligibility to work in Australia. A Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or business is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business is preferred but not required.
• 1+ year experience working in pharmacy.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).

Reporting to the National Virtual Pharmacy Manager, the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing a high level of customer service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders via phone and e‑mail.
• Building relationships with customers and ensuring their experience is second to none.
• Processing orders, credits and returns.
• Liaising with cross‑functional teams to service ad‑hoc requests to deliver on business needs.

The minimum qualifications and skills required for this role are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business is preferred but not required.
• 1 + year experience working in pharmacy.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Hardworking, punctual, and patient.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
