Job summary

Ericsson seeks an experienced professional to drive Mission Critical Networks (MCN) sales enablement and bid readiness. You will lead cross‑functional submissions, coordinate DoR alignment with system integrators, and guide end‑to‑end service delivery planning across PoCs and projects.

The role requires deep MCN domain knowledge, a track record in complex engagements, and the ability to drive automation and portfolio readiness within a multi‑party ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in related fields.
• B. Sc. or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in rail, PKD, utilities sectors preferred.
• Proven track record in multi-party deployment projects and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales enablement for MCN professional services incl. assets, automation, blueprint and best practices.
• Lead multi-channel commercial submissions as SPOC for CFR across submissions.
• Lead E2E services review prior to commercial submission for MCN opportunities.
• Coordinate DoR alignment with SIs and solution partners based on portfolio and capabilities.
• Manage CoE systems across lifecycle and PoCs with E2E solution leads and PoC teams.
• Develop E2E portfolio readiness and packaging for MCN requirements with BAs and peers.
