Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Head of BSS OSS Network Management and Automation Domain for ANZA CSS, Sydney. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering complex BSS OSS NMS solutions for ANZA customers, while guiding presales and business development related activities.

You will oversee project portfolios, staffing, and engagement governance, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with Ericsson’s standards and values across the ANZA region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership positions with customer exposure.
• Extensive experience managing a project portfolio and deliveries toward customers.
• Experience with Ericsson’s project management framework, processes, and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of projects under the domain and secure financial progress as per the business case.
• Build and maintain service delivery resources and capacity planning.
• Staff projects and presales engagements with right-shoring strategies.
• Act as design authority in the domain.
• Promote asset reuse and industrialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure commitments and delivery excellence.
• Engage with customers at all levels, including c-level.
• Drive knowledge sharing and promote best practices.
• Participate in Sales, Project & Operations governance.
• Lead and develop customer-facing teams and escalate as needed.
