The Cairnmillar Institute seeks a strategic Director to lead Short Courses, VET and Digital Services, shaping growth, quality and operational performance across non-award education and digital offerings. This executive role drives professional learning in mental health, allied health, education and community services.

You will build industry-responsive programs, oversee VET quality and regulatory reporting, and expand partnerships with government, health services and funding bodies while guiding

• Registered Health Professional
• Experience in educational and clinical governance
• Experience developing industry-responsive programs and services
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver a strategic growth plan for short courses, VET programs and digital services.
• Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of contemporary professional development, micro-credentials and workforce training.
• Provide leadership and oversight of VET quality, compliance, industry engagement, student outcomes, regulatory reporting and audit readiness.
• Drive digital learning and service innovation, including online communities of practice, virtual supervision, e-learning and platforms.
• Build strategic partnerships with government, health services, employers, professional bodies and funding agencies.
• Identify and progress new business, tender and grant opportunities.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor portfolio performance, budgets and participant outcomes using evidence-based decisions.
