Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education invites a dynamic Director VET to provide strategic and operational leadership for culturally responsive vocational education. You will translate the Institute’s priorities into high-quality VET delivery, guided by the Both-ways philosophy and a focus on Country and community.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, workforce capability, and financial sustainability, while building strong partnerships with industry and Indigenous communities.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Training and Assessment (TAE40122) and a tertiary qualification in adult education, management or business; or at least four years’ demonstrated leadership in VET.
• Experience leading VET quality, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement with knowledge of ASQA requirements and VET legislation.
• Ability to translate priorities into operational plans and deliver measurable improvements.
