Queensland Health is seeking a Director, Medicines Regulation and Compliance to provide strategic leadership across the Medicines Approvals and Regulation Team, Medicines Compliance Team, and Monitored Medicines Policy and RTPM Team. You will drive delivery of regulatory functions under the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 and related legislation.

Reporting to senior executives, you will shape policy, engage with national stakeholders, and oversee workforce planning, governance and risk mitigation

Formación

• High-level complex reasoning and policy development abilities.
• Expert knowledge of medicines regulation, poisons, and related legislation.
• Ability to advise multidisciplinary teams and engage with executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership across Medicines Approvals and Regulation, Compliance and related teams.
• Lead implementation and development of the compliance framework under Medicines and Poisons Act 2019.
• Oversee workforce planning, governance, and risk management for high-quality regulatory services.
