The Department of Health - Queensland seeks a Director, Medicines Strategy and Governance to provide strategic leadership on statewide medicines management, policy development and regulatory affairs. You will guide formulary decisions, engage with national forums and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, equitable access to medicines.

Qualifikationen

• Expert level knowledge in medicines management and pharmacy practice activities, relevant legislation and medicine policy development.
• High level complex reasoning skills to develop policies and standards for better health outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead in dynamic environments, providing strategic advice on medicines, poisons, legislative issues to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a track record in budget oversight and workforce planning.
