Job summary

Standards Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Experience & Transformation Manager to shape and deliver our digital vision. You will lead the major website refresh and broader digital transformation, ensuring customer needs align with business goals and governance frameworks.

You'll work across business, technology and delivery teams to design future customer journeys, information architecture and content frameworks, driving measurable improvements and internal capability growth.

Qualifications

Experience leading digital strategy and customer-centric delivery.
Track record of leading large-scale website redesigns or transformation programs.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, workshops, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead future-state website strategy and digital experience vision.
Drive customer-centric design across UX, IA, content, search and accessibility.
Define requirements, roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks for transformation goals.
Lead customer journey mapping and design activities to improve engagement.
Establish governance, taxonomy, content experience frameworks and performance metrics.
Ensure SEO, analytics and measurement principles are embedded.
Provide strategic direction across website redesign and digital programs.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and manage agency/vendor relationships.
Develop performance measures and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
Coach teams in digital strategy, UX and best practices.
