Barwon Health’s Continuing Care Services seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead strategic and operational delivery of community mental health across the Barwon region.

In this role you will support the Program Manager, mentor team managers, oversee portfolios, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with recovery-oriented care and service frameworks. The position is permanent full‑time with monthly ADOs.

Qualifications

• Senior mental health leadership experience with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead across portfolios and manage KPIs and quality improvement.
• Experience with HR and industrial processes in health services.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to deliver recovery-oriented services across Continuing Care.
• Oversee team managers, ensure targets, KPIs, and policy compliance.
• Lead quality, risk management, accreditation, and data reporting.
