Job summary

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Social Work or related health discipline.
- Experience in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health or Community Health.
- Experience in program leadership, service delivery and quality improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead risk and performance management to ensure compliance and improve service delivery.
- Drive program planning and delivery through strategic oversight and budgeting.
- Build workforce capability and culture with high-performing teams.
- Strengthen stakeholder engagement to enhance service integration.
- Champion safe, person-centred practice and leadership for complex presentations.
