Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with extensive data engineering or analytics delivery.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience managing geographically distributed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering programs within the client portfolio.
• Establish governance, delivery frameworks, reporting cadence, and risk management.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality and resource planning across initiatives.
• Drive Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices across distributed teams.
• Serve as the primary interface with business, clients, architecture and engineering stakeholders.
