The role drives data modernization, ensures platform reliability, and leads teams delivering data-driven business outcomes, partnering with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale data and integration platforms.
• Strong governance, data quality, and metadata management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data platform strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap.
• Lead modernization of Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Fabric environments.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective data engineering solutions.
• Define enterprise data standards, data quality frameworks, and metadata management practices.
• Support analytics, reporting, AI, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Manage enterprise integrations using Informatica, APIs, and event-driven approaches.
• Govern ETL/ELT pipelines and data flows across platforms.
• Drive BI governance, reporting standards, and self-service analytics adoption.
• Establish operational dashboards and executive reporting.
