Job summary

Quantium in Australia seeks a Delivery Lead for Consumer & AI Programs to coordinate client delivery, internal planning rhythms and AI program execution. You’ll sit at the intersection of client delivery, internal planning rhythms, and AI program execution, connecting strategy to action while keeping cross-functional teams aligned and moving.

You’ll drive quarterly planning, relaunch Big Room Planning, and facilitate AI initiatives to ensure on-time delivery, defined scope, and measurable

Responsibilities

• Client delivery support: Partner with client-facing teams to structure workstreams, clarify ownership, and maintain clear lines of sight to outcomes, enabling consultants to stay focused on relationships and commercial delivery.
• Quarterly planning ownership: Own and evolve the quarterly delivery cycle for Consumer ANZ, including facilitating QBR planning and retrospectives that produce well-defined priorities entering each new quarter.
• Big Room Planning: Lead the relaunch and ongoing ownership of Big Room Planning (BRP), ensuring it runs consistently, is well-attended, and generates actionable outputs for business and people leaders.
• AI program facilitation: Facilitate the delivery of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and deliver expected benefits, while tracking and validating their tangible value.
• Frameworks and governance: Build lightweight delivery frameworks and reusable process assets that improve consistency across the vertical without adding unnecessary overhead.
