Job summary

Quantium is seeking a Delivery Lead for Consumer & AI Programs in Australia. You will connect client delivery, internal planning rhythms and AI program execution, aligning strategy with action and keeping cross-functional teams moving.

You will facilitate AI initiatives, support teams, own quarterly planning, lead BRP relaunches, and build lightweight delivery frameworks to improve consistency. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive complex programs end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management across client teams, consultants and business leaders.
• Experience running structured delivery rituals and governance.
• Comfort delivering in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate AI program delivery, ensuring on-time scope and benefits realization.
• Support client delivery by coordinating workstreams and clarifying outcomes.
• Own and evolve quarterly delivery for Consumer ANZ, including QBRs and retrospectives.
• Lead Big Room Planning relaunch and ongoing execution with leaders.

As Delivery Lead for Consumer & AI Programs, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps ambitious initiatives on track. How will you make an impact?

• AI program facilitation: Facilitate the delivery of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and deliver expected benefits, while tracking and validating their tangible value.
• Client delivery support: Help teams structure their approach, coordinate workstreams, and maintain a clear line of sight to outcomes, enabling client-facing teams to stay focused on relationships and commercial delivery.
• Quarterly planning ownership: Own and evolve the quarterly delivery cycle for Consumer ANZ, including facilitating QBR planning and retrospectives that produce well-defined priorities entering each new quarter.
• Big Room Planning: Lead the relaunch and ongoing ownership of Big Room Planning (BRP), ensuring it runs consistently, is well-attended, and generates actionable outputs for business and people leaders.
• Frameworks and governance: Build lightweight delivery frameworks and reusable process assets that improve consistency across the vertical without adding unnecessary overhead.
