Job summary

Quantium is seeking an experienced Executive Manager to lead AI engineering consulting in Australia, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You’ll guide a growing team of around 10 engineers and leads, shaping delivery approaches across client engagements while upholding a high engineering bar.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, enterprise consulting and AI delivery. You’ll coach engineers, work directly with clients, set technical direction, and translate ambitious strategies

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/engineering teams in consulting or enterprise delivery.
• Ability to coach engineers and leads and shape delivery approaches.
• Strong communication with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record building repeatable AI engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of around 10 Engineers and Leads.
• Guide complex AI transformation engagements.
• Represent Quantium’s engineering capability with senior clients.
• Build repeatable consulting engineering capability.
• Provide technical and architectural judgement.
• Balance client delivery with longer-term capability building.
