Job summary

Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence, with a large Consumer practice delivering insights to FMCG and consumer goods companies. As Delivery Lead for Consumer & AI Programs, you will connect client delivery, internal planning rhythms, and AI program execution to align strategy with action and keep cross-functional teams moving.

Qualifications

Experience facilitating delivery of AI initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including tech, consulting and business units.
Comfort with evolving scope and priorities in client-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the delivery of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring programs are on time, in scope, and deliver value.
Support teams to structure approach, coordinate workstreams, and maintain focus on outcomes.
Own and evolve the quarterly delivery cycle for Consumer ANZ, including BRP planning and retrospectives.
Lead relaunch and ongoing ownership of Big Room Planning, ensuring actionable outputs for leaders.
Build lightweight delivery frameworks and reusable processes to improve consistency.
