Qualifications

• Experience in construction of data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• 10+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, on-time data center construction projects.
• Lead group and cross-functional teams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget for campus builds.
• Drive cost reduction and shorten schedules while maintaining quality.
• Review constructability of electrical and mechanical systems for new/existing data centers.
• Create project scope and equipment requirements; assist with proposals and CAPEX.
• Ensure total project quality including commissioning and system testing.
• Manage RFIs and coordinate construction administration with engineers.
• Record and report key metrics to leadership.
