Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Lead Data Analyst to partner with the Medical division, shaping strategic analytics initiatives and driving commercial value. You will lead end-to-end projects, translate complex data into actionable insights, and influence senior stakeholders to enable better decisions.

As a pivotal analytics partner, you will mentor teammates, promote best practices, and champion data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Science or Technology related fields.
• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science or related.
• Experience leading end-to-end analytics initiatives delivering measurable value.
• Advanced SQL and experience with at least one analytics language (Python or R).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience driving adoption of analytics platforms, standards or best practices.
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or operational functions.
