Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Lead Data Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team and partner with the Medical division to drive data-led decisions. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, translate complex analyses into actionable insights, and lead end-to-end analytics initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

The role requires a strong business mindset, advanced SQL, experience with Python or R, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Technology fields.
• 5+ years' experience in data analytics or related field delivering business value.
• Experience leading end-to-end analytics initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and act as a strategic advisor on data opportunities.
• Lead discussions on analytics solutions to business challenges and drive value.
• Own end-to-end analytics projects from opportunity to delivery and value realisation.
• Translate data into insights, dashboards, and recommendations for decision-making.
• Apply commercial thinking to quantify impact and align with financial outcomes.
• Present insights to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues and share analytics best practices.
