Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Lead Data Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team in Sydney. This role partners with the Medical division to drive data-informed commercial outcomes and strategic decision-making.

You will lead end-to-end analytics projects, translate complex data into actionable insights, and mentor team members while shaping analytics best practices across the function. The role supports hybrid work and Sydney-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Eng, Business, Science or Tech.
• 5+ years' experience in data analytics or related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end analytics delivering measurable value.
• Advanced SQL and one analytics language (Python or R).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as a strategic advisor on data opportunities.
• Identify and shape strategic analytics initiatives with business impact.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from opportunity to delivery and value realisation.
• Translate data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Apply commercial thinking to quantify impact and align with outcomes.
• Influence senior leaders and mentors to build analytics capability.
