Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking a Lead/Senior Data Analyst with a governance mindset to partner with the business in Sydney. You will shape a greenfield data/AI strategy, design data governance, and embed analytics across the organisation.

From discovery to benefits realisation, you will drive data modelling, SQL, Power BI, and CRM data (HubSpot) initiatives, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery when required, and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Lead discussions and shape a greenfield data/AI roadmap.

• Turn ideas into practical data solutions in collaboration with the business.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Lead data analytics and governance transformations and ensure momentum.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery when required.
