Job summary

Destination NSW is seeking a Manager, IT, Data and AI to lead planning, delivery, governance and continuous improvement of technology services, data platforms and AI initiatives. You will shape the roadmap to support capability growth while strengthening IT service management and vendor oversight.

You will drive AI, automation and data adoption to improve processes and customer outcomes, and collaborate with partners to deliver value on time, within budget and with strong governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering IT services, data platforms and digital initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk management and vendor oversight.
• Proven ability to translate complex tech concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience leading AI and data strategy and roadmap development.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery, governance and continuous improvement of technology services and data capabilities.
• Develop and execute AI, automation and data strategies to drive business outcomes.
• Build relationships with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure value and risk management.
• Oversee cyber security, privacy and responsible AI requirements.
