Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a large, multi-year transformation in Sydney. The role sits in a hybrid workplace, coordinating across cyber, technology and business teams to drive complex security initiatives through to implementation.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budgets, dependencies and governance while steering multiple workstreams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Cyber Security programs in large enterprises.
• Strong delivery discipline across multi-year transformation programs.
• Ability to partner with Cyber, Technology and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Cyber Security projects across a large transformation program.
• Support initiatives across Vulnerability Management and security workflows.
• Deliver projects across Data Security and DLP, plus other Cyber initiatives.
• Manage scope, plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance and milestones.
• Coordinate Cyber SMEs, Architects, Engineers, Technology teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and blockers to delivery.
