Job summary

TrendAI™, the AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Customer Success Technical Advisor to be the strategic technical voice for our enterprise clients within the TrendAI Vision One ecosystem.

You will guide onboarding, conduct architectural reviews and workshops, and drive measurable security outcomes by expanding platform adoption and providing proactive guidance during critical events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical support, security architecture, systems engineering, or a relevant client-facing consulting field.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK), SIEM/SOC operations, and endpoint/network defense technologies.
• Deep understanding of multiple operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Solaris) and hybrid-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strategic communication and ability to convey complex risks to executives in business terms.
• Analytical, process-oriented with focus on documentation and reporting.
• Technical certifications are strongly preferred (e.g., TCAP, TSCE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, or Cloud Platform Certifications).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical voice post-deployment, guiding platform adoption, upgrade planning, and success milestones.
• Design and deliver bespoke workshops to mature the customer’s SOC and SIEM operations.
• Provide proactive recommendations during security events to harden the customer’s posture.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, R&D, and Sales Engineering to influence product roadmaps and maintain account health.
