TrendAI, the enterprise AI security arm of Trend Micro, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging cutting‑edge cybersecurity solutions with measurable business outcomes for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales or account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Exceptional relationship-building with senior executives and technical decision-makers.
• Strong ability to translate cybersecurity concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial relationship for a named portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving retention and multi-year renewals.
• Develop and execute tailored account plans aligning TrendAI solutions to customers’ cybersecurity strategy and objectives.
• Lead executive-level engagements with CISOs, CIOs, and other C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across TrendAI’s product portfolio and meet revenue targets.
• Represent TrendAI at industry conferences and customer events to strengthen brand presence.
