REDARC ELECTRONICS PTY LTD in Adelaide seeks a Customer Program Manager to turn customer needs into market-leading electronics. You will manage contracts, quotes, and cross-functional projects spanning engineering and product management, driving profitability and delivery excellence.

The role requires a solid PM foundation, superb stakeholder management, and a track record in complex electronics programs with OEM and B2B customers. On-site work in Lonsdale is standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing management, engineering or equivalent.
• Qualified project manager or equivalent expertise.
• Experience delivering complex, high-priority projects.
• PM experience from conception to completion across multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to understand technical specs and contracts and build relationships.
• Strong customer-facing negotiation skills for OEMs and B2B.
• Solid knowledge of electronics design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage customer contracts, pricing, variations and changes across the project lifecycle.
• Lead quotations, business cases and investment justification for profitable programs.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality and non‑recurring costs.
• Develop and maintain project plans and risk registers.
• Lead project meetings, governance gates and change activities.
• Partner with customers to define clear requirements and ensure open communication.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure cost targets, safety standards and product quality are met.
• Apply lessons learned to improve project practices and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing.
