Qualifications

• Proven experience attracting and delivering major events, festivals and destination experiences that drive visitation, economic activity and community participation.
• Strong industry networks and partnership skills, with the ability to build influential relationships across arts, events, government, business and the creative sectors.
• A strategic and innovative mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities, securing funding and sponsorship, and developing initiatives that strengthen Frankston's destination appeal.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities, with experience managing complex projects, contracts, budgets and diverse stakeholder expectations.
• A genuine passion for arts, culture, events and place activation, combined with the ambition and enthusiasm to create memorable experiences that enhance Frankston's cultural identity and visitor economy.

Responsibilities
