Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and leadership in arts, culture or events.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage stakeholders.
• Experience with government or civic organisations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of strategic priorities and complex projects across arts, culture, events and visitor experiences.
• Oversee key business management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial management, performance reporting and risk management.
• Support and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and representatives to strengthen collaboration.
• Provide high-level strategic advice to the Director and Branch Leadership Team.
