FleishmanHillard ANZ is seeking a Business Director in our Corporate Practice to lead strategic work for global and Australian brands. You will shape reputations, manage issues, and build trust through storytelling and strong media connections.

You’ll lead senior client engagements, mentor junior team members, and partner with cross‑functional colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns across financial services, tech and healthcare. This role is based in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a PR agency or similar, with B2B and corporate comms focus.
• Deep engagement with news media and corporate landscape locally and globally.
• Ability to manage senior clients and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record in media relations and securing impactful coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead retained accounts and campaign work for high‑profile clients with complex corporate needs.
• Develop and implement strategic communications plans to build corporate reputation.
• Cultivate strong media relationships across mainstream, business and trade outlets.
• Provide senior counsel to clients and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their growth.
